Our centre is a space for being together or for a moment alone, for getting going again or for meeting people who just get it.
All our cancer support specialists have expert knowledge about cancer and treatment, and many are NHS-trained.

Getting here by:
Car
We have a small number of first-come-first-served spaces at Maggie's for blue badge holders only. You can access these spaces by entering the Royal Marsden Hospital entrance on Cotswold Road (SM2 5NG) and following the signs to Maggie's. If you have parked in a Maggie's space, you must let a member of the Maggie's team know and give them your registration number so they can register your parking on each visit. Please be aware if you do not do this you may receive a fine.
If you do require parking and do not have a blue badge, there are spaces in the Royal Marsden patient car park. The car park entrance is on Cotswold Road. This is a pay-on-exit service. There are signs and kiosks in the car park detailing costs. The address for the car park is: Cotswold Road, Sutton SM2 5NG.
The California pub based at 267 Brighton Road, SM2 5SU has a pay and display car park, which they welcome our visitors to use. Please follow instructions on their signage regarding costing and procedure. Please note: this car park is a 5-minute walk from the centre, and it is uphill.
Public Transport
Sutton Station: served by trains running from London Victoria, London Bridge, London Blackfriars, London Kings Cross (First Capital Connect), Clapham Junction and Horsham, Sussex. For connecting services from the south coast, change at Horsham. For connecting services from West London, change at Wimbledon. Maggie's is 1.5 miles from Sutton station and is an uphill walk. The journey takes 10 minutes by bus or taxi. There is a bus stop outside of Sutton station where you will find buses that travel to Cotswold Road.
Belmont Station: served by trains on the London Victoria to Epsom Downs line. Belmont station is a quarter of a mile from the hospital. Trains run every hour and more frequently during peak travel times. There is no Sunday service. Note the walk from Belmont station is uphill and takes around 5-10 minutes.
Accessibility
The main entrance is accessible for wheelchair users.
Inside the centre, there is lift access available, and an accessible toilet for wheelchair users.

I look after the running of the centre and make sure my team and I are providing the best possible cancer support.
I have over 15 years' experience as a Speech and Language Therapist within the NHS, predominantly in Cancer Care. I have worked across a number of settings and cancer groups including Head and Neck, Neuro-oncology, Upper Gastrointestinal and Palliative Care. I joined Maggie's in 2020 as a Cancer Support Specialist and moved to the role of Interim Centre Head in July 2023.
I’m here to listen, to help you talk things over and to find the information and support that’s right for you and your family.

It is completely normal for cancer to come with an array of emotions and thoughts. As a qualified Clinical Psychologist, I can help talk through, make sense and offer strategies for your individual situation.
We can talk about things in a safe and supportive space, and you can see me in private, in a group or with your family.

At Maggie's, I offer one-to-one information and support and will guide you through the parts of our support that are most appropriate to you. I also run many of our support groups, workshops, and courses.

Our beautiful red centre opened in 2019 and was designed around visitor experience. Tactile materials and warm colours have been chosen for comfort and calm, with each room varying in scale and colour scheme according to its function – perfect for the delivery of our cancer support.
