Coming to the end of treatment can bring its own challenges. Our six-week course is for anyone facing life after cancer. It offers skills and techniques to support you in addressing the physical, emotional and practical issues you might face when your treatment is over. Topics include emotional wellbeing, returning to work, exercise, healthy eating and staying on track.

It goes without saying that having cancer can be stressful, but there are lots of things we can share with you to help make those feelings more manageable. Our six-week course will introduce you to different methods of relaxation, including: controlling anxious thoughts, meditation visualisation and ‘quick’ or emergency relaxation.

Tai chi is a system of meditation, breathing exercises and other techniques to maintain health.

Yoga is a gentle form of exercise and is great for maintaining flexible joints and increasing balance and strength. It is for everyone, and the classes can be adapted to suit your needs.

This group brings together people who are supporting someone with cancer. It is a chance to talk and share experiences.

This support group brings together people who have experienced bereavement where you can talk to other people in the same situation and develop your own way of coping.
