Maggie's, Southampton Spinnaker Tower Abseil 2025

Enjoy fabulous views across the harbour, experience a huge adrenaline rush, all while supporting people with cancer. 

Join Team Maggie's

• Register for the abseil today – once registered, you will be asked to pick your arrival time from those available. Your arrival time will be 15 minutes before the allotted booking time
• The whole abseil experience will take 1- 1.5 hours from your arrival time
• The abseil is open to everyone (over 14 years only, with a weight limit of 18 stone), with no previous experience necessary. Unfortunately, you cannot participate in the abseil if you are pregnant
• You will be given a Maggie's T-shirt to wear on the day, plus lots of tips and support to help you reach your fundraising target
• The abseil can only go ahead if the weather permits. The abseil can proceed with light wind and rain, but will need to be cancelled if the weather conditions aren't suitable
