Staff and Resources Co-ordinator (Learning & Development)


We have an exciting opportunity for a HR professional with good knowledge of current Employment Law and HR best practices and experience of Learning & Development projects.

You will be personable, flexible and able to relate to people at all levels. You will also be a self-starter with initiative and the ability to learn, and you will take pride in getting basic systems and administration in place.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships and trust with all staff members to be an effective first line of contact for any personal and sensitive HR issues.
  • Provide generalist HR support and direction for staff and managers across Maggie’s centres and operational functions for a defined area. 
  • Coordinate a HR caseload in response to any issues that arise in your area of responsibility (IT, Finance, Business Development).
  • Develop and build key relationships with teams across Maggie’s to establish their bespoke learning needs.
  • Coordinate logistics for learning and development activity, including applications for funding.
