I look after the management and daily running of the centre at Oldham and make sure the team and I are providing the best possible cancer support for our visitors.

I have over 30 years' experience as a Surgical Nurse, specialising in Colorectal Cancer, Stoma Care, Surgery and Colorectal Cancer Research. I have been the Centre Head at Maggie’s Oldham since 2018.

I'm here to listen, to help you talk things over and to help you find the information and support that is right for you and your family. I also run and support the Cancer Support Specialists and Clinical Psychologist in the delivery of programme courses, workshops and courses.

Prior to joining Maggie’s in 2021, I was a Haematological Clinical Nurse Specialist for 24 years. I have worked at the Christie Hospital and Manchester Royal Infirmary, specialising in Haematology and Transplant, and clinical trials.

I'm also here to listen, to help you talk through things, and to find the information you need. I give one-to-one cancer information and support to you, your family and anyone affected by this diagnosis.

With other members of the team, I deliver aspects of the cancer support programme, groups and workshops.
